2005 Atlas Mirage, 35x10, 8 berth, heated, sited in Ingoldmells

This is a superb 35 X 10 6/8 berth Atlas Mirage caravan in excellent condition which was purchased new in 2005.
Sited on The Kinfisher Park in Ingoldmells, Skegness and only a few minutes walk from all the Ingoldmells entertainment - Fantasy Island/ Market, BJs, pubs, restaurants. It is sited in a quiet area of park. The long sandy beach is also a short walk away. There is a fantastic on site secure childrens play area and shop with vehicle security gates at the entrance and exit.
The caravan has three bedrooms - one double and two singles (plus a pull down double sofa bed in lounge). It is heated, with timer controlled electric panel heaters, to shower room, main bedroom and kitchen, plus there is a gas fire in the lounge. There is a larger than average shower room with basin and a seperate toilet.
The caravan is being sold fully equipped for up to six people - with 21" dvd/vcr combi, Freeview digital set top box, audio system, silver fridge - to match the oven, stainless steel microwave, bedding to include duvets, pillows, mattress, loads of cooking utensils pots/pans/knives and forks, kettle, toaster, toastie machine etc. etc. etc., these were all purchased new last year.
All curtains are fully lined throughout. In fact it is ready to go so you could use it immediately and not have to buy a thing. It has a full length wrought iron balcony with steps (cost last year £1,150) and extra paving slabs down the length of the balcony/path and small paved patio area with patio table and chairs. Two gas bottles are included.
The total cost new last year with all the accessories, utensils and balcony etc. was £16,500 approx. Electricity and gas safety certificates valid until 2007. Site fees of approx. £1600 are paid until March 2007 and are included in purchase price. Site open until November and re opens March 2007.
The price includes the transfer of ownership fee of £1730.00 (charged by Lincolnshire County Council/Kingfisher Caravan Park on all caravan transfers/sales of caravans on the park). A fantastic caravan ready to move into straight away. Reason for sale - we live about 160 miles away so is too far to travel, seemed a good idea at the time when we purchased it!
