Abbey Expression 500 2004 model, 4 berth, fixed bed, plus a Remote Mover

My caravan is based on the Abbey Aventura 318 model, but sold as as a Michael Jordan Special Edition,with upgraded upholstery and mattresses. There is an Enduro Remote Controlled Mover fitted which is still under warranty, being under twelve months old.
The specification includes a SAS 200 Alarm System, large Heki Rooflights in front and rear areas,and an Omnivent ventilator fitted with 12 volt fan in the kitchen area.The cooker is a Belling, with oven, grill and 4 hotplates one of which is electrically powered, there is also a Thetford Fridge.
There is a Fixed Double Bed with acres of space under (which can also be accessed from outside), there is a vanity unit in the bedroom area plus a separate shower with Thetford Cassette Toilet. Heating is provided by a blown air system. The Leisure Battery is brand new, I will also include a Sky Dish with portable stand plus wiring.Outside barbeque gas point, plus 240 volt supply.
The reason for the regretted sale is ill health, we are the second owners and the van has never been used by smokers or accommodated pets.
