One owner from new, excellent condition 5 berth 2005 twin axle caravan. Looks as new as hardly used. Regrettable sale due to health.
Ideal family caravan with 2 fixed bunk beds, additional single and double bed options. Sliding wood door to separate rear of caravan for private bedroom area. Sale includes breathable groundsheet, fresh water butt, waste master disposal unit, 2 electric cables, one never been used, outside BBQ gas point, external electric socket, trauma utraheat blown air heating system, Truma water Heater, tow bar hitch and in built stabiliser.
Internally the caravan has a double wardrobe, extensive cupboard storage areas, bathroom, 2 seating areas, fridge / freezer, full size Spinflo oven. hob and grill, stainless steel look sink, fly blinds on all windows and door and solar blinds on all windows, fire alarm, 2 TV aerial points and antenna. Extractor fan above kitchen area, 2 ceiling roof vents and large sun roof above the lounge area.
All wood effect interiors are pale oak, upholstery dark green and cream. Bathroom fitted with white plastic units, offering good storage and Thetford cassette toilet. Shower over, 2 separate taps for sink and shower. CRiS registered. Exterior is white with dark green markings. Outside boot locker.
Trigano Awning included - bought new with caravan, matching green effect colour. All panels can be removed to leave as sun canopy if required. Awning strap included for added security in bad weather.
Caravan step included. Bought as advised that one of the lightest twin axles on market for ease of towing. Payment required either cash or banker draft cheque.
