We are looking for a good home for this much loved caravan currently sited in a beautiful part of north Cornwall. Unfortunately, due to time commitments we have reluctantly decided to sell.

Kitchen
The kitchen is at the rear of the caravan and comprises a 3 burner hob, grill and oven. Sink and draining area plus numerous storage cupboards for crockery, food etc.
There is also a built in fridge with small freezer compartment directly below a cocktail/drinks cabinet.
Bathroom
Thetford cassette toilet, shower and washbasin. Mirror fonted bathroom cabinet, wall mirror and storage.
Main Area
Narrow cupboard, housing free standing table, clothes airer.
Pump controls on/off pressure switch, gas hot water, and all fuses.
Double wardrobe with shelf storage on right and further storage under.
There is a gas fire below this.
Fridge and cocktail cabinet with open display unit are opposite.
Living Area/Beds
There is seating on both sides of the caravan with a drawer unit between which has fold out table facility. Each side converts to a single bed or one large double bed. Again there is plenty of storage units both above and below for bed linen, towels, etc.
External
Awning with a Dining Room/Bedroom extension. We currently use the extension with 2 foldable full sized single beds with a curtain to separate.
There is an electric power socket fitted on the caravan for use within the awning.
Fly screens throughout, clean and well looked after. No children, no smokers.
