A good family caravan in good condiion for year. End bedroom with double bed and bunk above, with sliding door. Toilet with shower. Gas and electric blown air heating. 3 way fridge. Full cooker. Fly screens. Blinds. Gas and electric hot water boiler. Status tv and FM ariel and digital car radio ariel. Tilt and PIR sensor alarm. Alko stabiliser with lock. Plenty of storage room. Recently fitted tyres and battery. Some extras including table lamps, water and waste containers, etc. Spare wheel included. C.R.I.S registered and tagged. If wanted year round storage is available, near motorway in Rotherham.
AWNING: Bradcot, red and grey in good condition with acrylic roof. Curtains and wooden box containing easy erect poles.
There are a few minor faults. A cosmetic scrape down the nearside, which can be seen on the photo. A new end bedroom roof vent needs fitting (not leaking). Small crack in back panel. One of the two halogen light fittings in the bathrooms needs replacing. Needs a service. Hence the price of £3,500 ONO.
