Central seating area, end shower room/washbasin.

A camper which is large enough for comfort but small enough to manoeuvre and fit into a normal parking space. Ideal for long trips or festivals/weekends away. Also perfect for day trips in colder weather.
It runs really well, has been recently updated inside and the engine has been retuned; cam belt replaced at 74,000 miles along with new air, fuel and oil filters and new brake pads. She comes with recent service history, original manuals and also a mechanical manual that is invaluable when something needs changing or adjusting.
She has a shower, oven, grill, two ring hobs, Electrolux 3 way fridge, sink, wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
She sleeps 4 - two at the top and two at the bottom. The upper bed compartment is useful for storing bedding during the day. The rear seats and front seats can be laid flat to make 2 single beds or 1 double.
New lined curtains have been made (less than a year ago), the seats have been re-upholstered in brown cord fabric. The front seats are captain swivel seats which can be turned to convert the living area into a dinette with a table. This table can be neatly stowed away when not in use.
A new skylight/ventilator has just been fitted.
The cupboards have been painted white and inlaid with decorative wallpaper.
All the original wiring is in place, with everything controlled by the zig unit. There is one normal power socket which can be used when plugged into the mains ( a 6m mains hook up is provided with European adaptor). 3 12v sockets have been added on the inside which you can run 12v appliances from (e.g. T.V., games console).
There are 2 more new leisure batteries which are both hooked up. These charge up every time you travel. There is also a small solar panel which is used to keep the batteries topped up when you are stationary. These items will be included in the sale.
It will come with European guide books and atlas, bowls and plates, whistling kettle, pots and pans, and various other kitchen gadgets. The gas bottle is almost full. The spare tyre is brand new.

Less favourable things: there are a few rust spots in the roof sills (see picture) but these have been properly treated and repainted. It has a small chip in the windscreen, but this has been treated and has a guarantee for a little longer. There are also small dents to the side and rear. The decorative wall paper has started to bubble up (cold winter?) and the new seat covers need a few repairs (just a little sewing/tacking). The water heater is currently not working and needs fixing.
We bought this camper in December from some friends who had jobs abroad, knowing she had been well maintained. Although we have really enjoyed the trips we have made in her, we are not getting as many opportunities to use her as we hoped and now need the space.

Please note - the rear selt belts are lap belts, there is no toilet at the moment although there is space for a Porta Potti type and she doesn't have power steering.
You will be welcome to come and see her by arrangement. I will happily answer any questions that you may email or phone.
