You will be buying an excellent caravan which is currently situated on haven holiday park in pwhelli north wales but you can move it to anywhere you wish.
It is in excellent condition through out, central heated, fully double glazed, cooker, microwave, all kitchen utensils, all bedding is new for all beds we have even left our own dining table in which is worth £750 alone.
If you wish to keep it on the park it as everything that you could possibly need for a great get away... shows, bars, swimming pools, games room, crazy golf, go karting, arcades, gift shops and much much more.
Our van is situated quite close to the beach so its in a great location... we paid £20,000 for it but would accept £13,000 as our kids are all grown up now and we really have no need for it anymore and would like a quick sale if possible.
