2006 Sterling Europa 600 Tourer- 6 berth, fixed bunks, excellent condition

The caravan is very bright and spacious and is in excellent condition.
It is currently sited on a seasonal pitch at Cosgrove Leisure Park nr Milton Keynes Bucks MK19 7JP until Oct and has been for 3 years. You are more than welcome to come and have a look around.
The Caravan has the following:
-Full President Vario 350 Awning in blue with 2 blue breathable ground sheets.
-Full raised timber floor if rqd.
-2 Water containers and waste container.
-Kitchen area with fridge/freezer,combo hob,oven and grill, hot/cold sink and plenty of cupboard space.
-Lounge area at front of van turns into double bed.
-Seating area at side of van with table turns into single bed with bunk above.
-Permanent bunk bed with fixed ladder at other side of caravan. Bottom bunk can fold down to make room for storing items.
-Bathroom has sink with mixer tap,flush toilet,separate shower,double wardrobe which stores both tables and storage space. Access via small lockable door to outside.
-It has gas/electric heating.
-Tow hitch lock.
-2 Milenco security wheel clamps.
-Built in television ariel point.
-Portable satalite dish avail at extra cost if reqd.
-Electric hook up cable.
-All windows have fly screens, black out blinds
-CRIS Registered
