Immaculate second hand, ex holiday park Willerby 28 Static Caravan

This static has only two things wrong with it
1)the A frame snapped off when being removed from site
2)It was at the age that it needed to come off this holiday park (A CRIME INDEED)
Up until the end of summer 2004 this van was a well loved and looked after holiday home for an elderly couple. They are sorry to see it go and just want a couple of quid to see their van off to some nice new owners.
It has all the usual features of a static;gas fire, gas combi boiler, running water, toilet and shower room, 2 bedrooms. So hook this up to a water supply, a sewer, an electricity supply and a gas bottle you then have a lovely home to live in or to visit from time to time.
This is stored on private land for now and the buyer would be responsible for removing the van to its new home.
Cash would be prefered however a cheque will be accepted on the strict understanding that cleared funds only will allow the van to be removed.
This is excellent value for money and should not be missed, First to view I am sure will buy.
