Talbot Express Merlin II, E Reg 1988, 4 berth camper.
A coachbuilt camper which sleeps 4 adults in comfort with an overcab double bed and a lounge area which converts into a further double bed.
Has all the features found on a modern motor home, including 3 way fridge, leisure battery, oven, grill, 4 burner hob, sink and drainer, hot water heater, gas heater, cassette toilet, shower, blinds, flyscreens, swivelling front seats, tv aerial, awning, bike rack, full hight wardrobe, cupboards and plenty of storage space.
Externally there is a gas locker, underfloor storage compartment, access step, and a mains connection socket. It is fitted with a large fresh water tank and a separate waste tank. The toilet has an externally removeable cassette for ease of emptying.
The van is in very good condition for its age and has recently been reupholstered inside. It has 4 new tyres, is MOTd until March 2006 and has 6 months road tax.
It is extremely reliable and is a first time starter.
We have had the camper for 3 extremely enjoyable years, so much so we are now hooked on motorhome camping and are moving on to a newer model.
